📦 Minimum Order Requirements

  • Opening Orders: A minimum of 25 items is required for all first-time wholesale orders. Items may be mixed across eligible wholesale categories (e.g., soaps, towels, candles).

  • Reorders: Minimum reorder is 15 items.

  • Certain products may be subject to quantity limits, especially small-batch or high-demand items. These limits may change based on seasonal availability and production capacity.

  • Larger orders may be fulfilled upon request, but availability for specific items may still be restricted, as the majority of our products are handmade in limited batches and not mass-produced.


🕰️ Lead Time & Production

  • Standard processing time is 7–10 business days from the date of payment.

  • For larger or custom-quoted orders, extended lead times may apply. We will communicate estimated lead times at the time of ordering.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or the buyer’s preferred shipping method, if coordinated in advance.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be calculated based on weight, destination, and carrier.

  • Local delivery may be available to select areas within close proximity to our warehouse. Delivery fees may apply, and delivery may be limited based on order size and vehicle capacity.


💳 Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required prior to shipment for all orders.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

  • Net 30 terms may be extended to approved accounts following the successful completion of at least one wholesale order.


🧾 Additional Services

Additional non-product services are available upon request and may incur additional charges. These may include:

  • Printed inserts, care cards, or informational material

  • Gift wrapping or seasonal packaging

  • Expedited processing or handling fees for urgent requests
    These services will be quoted separately and must be approved prior to fulfillment.


🧴 Product Details

  • The majority of our products are handmade in small batches. As such, slight variations in color, size, texture, or scent may occur and are considered part of the product’s unique character.

  • We may not offer wholesale on every item in our retail portfolio. Wholesale availability is limited to selected SKUs and may vary throughout the year.


🔁 Returns, Exchanges & Damages

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items reported within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Claims must include photographic evidence and may result in either replacement products or a credit toward a future order.

  • Unsold merchandise is not eligible for return or exchange.


📍 Exclusivity

  • Regional exclusivity may be considered based on order volume, frequency, and location.

  • Exclusivity is not guaranteed and is evaluated individually.


🧾 Retail Pricing

  • Resellers must comply with Zeep Naturals’ Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy (provided in the wholesale welcome kit).

  • Unauthorized discounting below MAP without prior written consent may result in account termination.


📢 Brand Representation

  • Approved stockists may use Zeep Naturals’ official product photos and descriptions for marketing and e-commerce.

  • Repackaging, relabeling, or modifying product presentation must be pre-approved in writing.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue wholesale access if the brand is misrepresented.
