SHIPPING METHODS

Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure that you receive them in the best possible condition. In the event of damage during shipping or the occurrence of a shipping error, please contact us at info@zeepnaturals.com within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement of items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping will not be accepted.

Orders containing pre-order items: If your order includes a product marked as available for pre-order, the in-stock items will be prepared for fulfillment within 3 business days. However, the full order will ship once the pre-order item has arrived and restocked in our warehouse. Partial shipments are not made unless otherwise arranged.  

Delivery Policy for Missing Packages Marked As "Delivered" by Shipping Provider

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, we are unable to retrieve or verify its contents directly. If a parcel is reported as missing or appears to have been tampered with (e.g., opened or altered without authorization), the recipient is required to first file a case directly with the shipping provider.

If the shipping provider’s investigation concludes with no resolution, we will then initiate a formal claim and insurance request with the carrier. Once the claim is reviewed and finalized, we will reimburse the customer for the full amount covered by the carrier’s insurance.

Please note that both case reviews and claim processing times vary by carrier and may take several weeks.

RETURNS

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from payment. Your order will be shipped in low waste and minimal forms of packaging that can always be recycled. We do not accept returns or exchanges on soaps, but your satisfaction is very important for us. Should you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@zeepnaturals.com email address.

We currently ship via USPS and UPS on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the order. We always aim to find the best, most cost-effective shipping options available for our customers.

We currently only ship within the US.
